Teacher is a role model for child. He/She is effective and play a major role in molding students. Students are to be handled with affection and courtesy.
One
of the most important festivals celebrated in India is the Guru Purnima. It is
a festival for the Hindus as well as the Buddhists. Guru Purnima is basically a
way by which students show their love and gratitude towards their Guru or the
teacher. The word Guru is derived from two Sanskrit words “Gu” and “Ru” of
which the former means ignorance and darkness in a person and the latter means
someone who removes that darkness from the person. So the word Guru means the
person who removes the darkness and ignorance from someone.
Teachers are alert and teaching is done on the level of
learner. Then gradually the teacher, upgrades to higher level,
and check that child is not left with empty mind.
Teachers, let students understand the career growth, future prospects, make aware of better colleges and better options.
When the student
has some problems in behavior or thought process , the teacher
overcome the problem by showing special affection and attention on the student. It
is common that student try to imitate teachers, out of the inspiration from
them. Hence teachers should try to balance his mindset by not sharing anxiety,
over excitement.
Parents
need to have high regards for teachers and School. Any short comings
on this from parents, will set wrong opinion on child's
mind. And as a result, child will not look to teacher or school with respect.
The learning will not take place. Child will develop negative attitude. To get
best out from teacher and school, the respect plays major role.
