Independence Day, is observed annually on 15 August is a national holiday in India commemorating the nation's independence from the British Empire on 15 August 1947.

And as a result, child will not look to teacher or school with respect. The learning will not take place. Child will develop negative attitude. To get best out from teacher and school, the respect plays major role. Teachers Usually are impartial, disciplined, not affected by respect or  insult and are courteous. Teachers are alert and teaching is done on the  level of learner. Then gradually the teacher, upgrades to higher  level, and check that child is not left with empty mind.
