  •        Yoga is an ancient art which was originated in India around six thousand years ago. Earlier people were used to of practicing yoga and meditation in their daily lives to live healthy and strong whole life. 

  • However the practice of yoga was declining day by day in such a crowded and hectic environment. Yoga is very safe and can be safely practiced by anyone anytime even by children also to take it’s all the benefits. Yoga is a practice to bring body parts together to make a balance of body, mind and soul. Earlier it was practiced by the yogis to meditate them.

  • Self-Defense – The instructors at  Martial Arts have trained for many years to make sure everything we teach is reality based. We’ve trained under some of the best martial artists in the world and are dedicated to staying on the cutting-edge of REALISTIC martial arts training – for ourselves and for your children! With that said… Your child may still be in the developmental stage of their life and will focus only on the basics of our Martial Arts Curriculum. Basic Techniques include: Proper exercise form, punching, kicking, blocking and evasion techniques.

  • Focusing and Listening Martial Arts Focus plays a key role in the mindset of children who have limited attention spans at this stage in their life. Our Program will build their attention span… teaching your child to focus on the task at hand while improving their listening and reaction skills at the same time. As a result, your child will excel in physical activity, improve their ability to stay focused, and become an astute listener in the dojo, at home, and in school.
  • Balance and Posture – For many 3-6 year olds, one of the skillsets that is often overlooked, but needs constant work and attention is balance and posture… basic skills necessary for almost any activity. Poor posture leads to cramped organs, improper breathing, and a whole host of other unhealthy bodily expressions.

    Teacher is a role model for child. He/She is effective and play a major role in molding students. Students are to be handled with affection and courtesy. Teachers of S.E.International School Parents need to have high regards for teachers and School.  Any short comings  on this from parents, will set wrong opinion on child's mind. And as a result, child will not look to teacher or school with respect. The learning will not take place. Child will develop negative attitude. To get best out from teacher and school, the respect plays major role. Teachers Usually are impartial, disciplined, not affected by respect or  insult and are courteous. Teachers are alert and teaching is done on the  level of learner. Then gradually the teacher, upgrades to higher  level, and check that child is not left with empty mind.
