Teachers have adopted teaching as profession, and so they are passionate about it. 15 years of my experience in education field, I have noticed that teachers have spent countless hours with children of different background.  Children have various issues before they come for schooling. School orients them to a direction of growth, in civilized manners. Teachers experience, understands child  behavior before the parent can do. School made an Event of Virtual Shopping. Where students were Vendors and Parents were invited as Buyers, On 30th Jan 2016. 21st Century parents have no time to spend with their child, resulting injustice to child, when really he wants guidance. Many times parents are egoistic and that stops them communicating with other parents or with teachers who are experts in child behavior. This confuses child, as he is not getting answer to his query and he is left behind the class. He finally gives up before even trying to do the given task in class.

Consistency is the key to positive student behavior. Different teachers acknowledge different expectations in different ways, this may lead to confusion in the child. Teachers taking Utmost care.
