Involvement of parents at home and at school are very important for the child behavior and attitude. Parents can be  any one from family, mom, dad, elder brother or sister, relatives or neighbor with whom  the child spends time.


When parents get involved, the child show improvements in grades, reading habits, achievements, attitudes, learning activities, lower drop out rates, lower absences and greater realization of talents.

Parents do foster child for success. There interest in child will:
* Encourage leisure discussion at home,
* Monitor joint analysis of T.V. shows,
* Engage him in dialogue / arguments,
* Involves regularly with school activities, friend's , activities of his interest, home work,
* Get parental warmth & love,
* Display modeling body expression, language and math by dealing with daily life,
* Orienting child attention from distractions,
* Constant hammering on family expectation from the child,

And stable home environment have greater impact on the child school performance.

Teachers encourage family involvement, but to obtain parent time and their commitment are critical. Teachers view family as important facilitator.

Relationship of Parent and teacher, their respect for one another play major role in the  child's development. Family must realize their essential role on influencing the child. Being professional, teacher view differences with parent as positive strength.  She addresses the child need and takes decisions with parents' confidence for the betterment of society.
