Consistency among parents, teachers & school for respect & growth of the Child.

Consistency is the key to positive student behavior. Different teachers acknowledge different expectations in different ways, this may lead to confusion in the child.

Teachers taking Utmost care.

If a child has to change various schools due to family issues/parents' transferable jobs during his formative years, it takes longer for him to adjust as he is continuously made to work outside his comfort zone. During such times it is necessary for the parents to understand the child and make him feel comfortable by talking and sharing his views.

Teachers and Parents co-ordination

For common Goal of child development, consistency is must for  the child among parents, teachers and school. How parents and teachers at school can work together to achieve common goal and continue learning, is main concern of today's Young Parents.

Most parents want to be involved and support their child's learning process, but they need guidance, how to make it happen. Similarly teachers want parents to continue helping the child to learn at home.

Communication is the key of this relation. If you are a parent, regular communication with teacher/school, will ensure that you are aware of all important data, school events and all challenges that your child will be facing.

Check all work sheets, notes, projects of child, get involved, ask questions about them and let child be confident to answer. Praise him at that moment. It will add to his self esteem. Help him in areas he is struggling. Encourage him .Make him ready to learn outside the classroom.

Parents should co-relate the school lesson plan and relate it to real world experience where you can implement. eg: If it is a lesson of fractions, that is taught in class, you can explain the same with the help of pizza slices. When you are with the child moving in to the mall for groceries, make him read all labels, ask him questions, let him teach you. He will learn faster when he teaches you and feels great on the top of the world. And that is what we want.

Being literate is not the same as being educated. Education is more of a process than an ability. It's a cycle: observe -> learn -> understand -> apply -> observe. Literacy is a tool in this process. Your choice of education is academic in this process . We need to work hand in hand..... Exploration on project work I  It is important to understand this. Literacy is not the only way to be educated. Suppose you want to be an amazing cook?
