Parenting-more than any techniques, your child needs your ‘concern’, ‘caring’ & ‘time’.

Be a role model for learning. Some times we notice that something does not go right with child and we get distracted. But we all are busy, have great pressure/responsibilities pulling us in too many directions. The child who is little off, not to himself, snappy, or more quiet than usual, who is trying to tell us something- and we forget with a view that we will attend when crisis occurs- as we were rather pre occupied to pay attention.

Don’t allow problems to foster and grow with child. Open your eyes and observe, if a child seems sad, withdrawn, more moody than usual, angry, recognize if friends stop calling, or coming over, or if child finds himself uncomfortable at school. Because as days pass on, small problems will become a ‘situation’, that cause terrible aggravation.

make child ready
Help your child to be successful by parenting not just academically but also socially. School is not for just getting ‘A’ grades on progress cards. It is also about learning, how to get on with others, and knowing how to develop friendships. A child who is happy in school, is a child who can focus on studying and doing well. He wants to be there and be part of things. One who believes that school is all about academics is unfortunate and makes a big mistake in social life.

Co-operation & team work
Some untold social skills, child must inherit:

·         Set rules and establish stability.

·         Develop child’s ability to put himself in the shoes of others and grow more sensitive.

·         Help child learn how to express frustration, disappointment and anger without hurting others.

·         Establish basic rules of conduct: no biting, hitting, (no hands allowed), no  kicking, spitting or hurting through words.

set rules

Keep your eyes open. Ignite children  passion and respect their individuality.
