Good teaching is about passion of teachers. It motivates students to learn, that is relevant, meaningful and life long memorable.

Teacher bridges the gap between theory and practical life. For example, if she talks about water & how to swim, she will give instructions and then take children to the swimming pool and make them swim.

Teacher makes the child good listener and responsive. She knows that each child is different. She develops each of their communication skills, push them to excel, makes them civilized with manners, so that they respect others and community.

Teachers in school have fixe agenda. But at times she becomes flexible in action with children in classroom. She adjusts with circumstances. At times she is dictator and becomes fluid when needed.

She is a good entertainer, an actor in the classroom. She will not restrict her movement to black board and chalk, but will move to each child, come down to the child's level, develop his skill and take entire class together.

She recognizes talent of  each  child and  nurtures it. She brings transformation in child. Makes him visionary and potential contributor to community. She gets satisfied when child or parent recognizes her hard work. At school, she spends hours on grading, corrections, designing and redesigning courses and preparing materials to enhance instructions.

And as a result, child will not look to teacher or school with respect. The learning will not take place. Child will develop negative attitude. To get best out from teacher and school, the respect plays major role. Teachers Usually are impartial, disciplined, not affected by respect or  insult and are courteous. Teachers are alert and teaching is done on the  level of learner. Then gradually the teacher, upgrades to higher  level, and check that child is not left with empty mind.
