Teachers hardwork, parent support at school brings success to kids

Teachers have adopted teaching as profession, and so they are passionate about it. 15 years of my experience in education field, I have noticed that teachers have spent countless hours with children of different background.
Children have various issues before they come for schooling. School orients them to a direction of growth, in civilized manners. Teachers experience, understands child  behavior before the parent can do.
School made an Event of Virtual Shopping. Where students were Vendors and Parents were invited as Buyers, On 30th Jan 2016.

21st Century parents have no time to spend with their child, resulting injustice to child, when really he wants guidance.

Many times parents are egoistic and that stops them communicating with other parents or with teachers who are experts in child behavior. This confuses child, as he is not getting answer to his query and he is left behind the class. He finally gives up before even trying to do the given task in class. These children will be incapable of facing challenges in real life.

Parents need to let their children make mistakes. Support them and let them keep trying. Teachers at school try to help students but can’t overcome the influence of parents. When a child says that he cannot do it, many times parents complete the task and do not let the child even attempt it. This develops helplessness and hampers a child’s growth. This encourages child either to give up or never try when the challenges occur to him in life.
Failure is a part of growing up and child has to learn positively from that failure. He has to understand the instructions and figure out the steps himself to complete the task.
Teachers show them how to do something in class, give them instructions and let them accomplish the task. This is real learning.
