Exams,schooling,tuition classes and livelihood are parents' concerns

In fact children have plenty of energy and are very keen to learn new things. They have hundreds of questions to ask. With right environment, good emotional support and freedom to explore and develop, giving little training at the right stage will make them perform well in exam and real life.

However trends in society seem to be going in the opposite direction, where questions in the text books are the only important questions and child's question becomes irrelevant. Success is defined in a narrow manner and whole joy of living is squeezed out.

Good academic education and inculcation of good values to child will help parent to escape from trap of poverty . Middle class sees education as a tool to secure comfortable life style. Child gets trapped in the system of assessment of unit tests and exams based on textbooks. Marks obtained in exam becomes criteria for judging capacity of child, hiding the various sub-text, life information, tricks and use of information importance.

There are alternative ways of exams. Schools should continue their efforts and spread their models of teaching and learning - values, morals, role models, as widely as possible. How to use skills, which they would learn ? With modern technology and modernization many articles, tools are taking place in fast changing world.

Schools can play an important role with parents in building communities, where rendering services of skills are essentials with inter dependent trust. Only Text Books or Exam grades in absence of skill and knowledge will not give 'Role Models'.

Teachers of S.E.International School Parents need to have high regards for teachers and School.  Any short comings  on this from parents, will set wrong opinion on child's mind. And as a result, child will not look to teacher or school with respect. The learning will not take place. Child will develop negative attitude. To get best out from teacher and school, the respect plays major role. Teachers Usually are impartial, disciplined, not affected by respect or  insult and are courteous. Teachers are alert and teaching is done on the  level of learner. Then gradually the teacher, upgrades to higher  level, and check that child is not left with empty mind.
